Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated in a specific signed contract, Trio Nova Tech and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material, code, designs, and copy published on this website and created during production phases.
- Our Property: All brand graphics, code frameworks, layouts, and website assets remain the property of Trio Nova Tech.
- Client Property: Upon final payment receipt, ownership of custom digital deliverables (such as completed client websites, specific source code, and custom text copy) transfers entirely to the client, subject to any third-party software licensing agreements.
User Obligations & Restricted Conduct
When interacting with our platform or utilizing our services, you agree to refrain from:
- Using the Site in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the platform or impairment of website availability or accessibility.
- Engaging in any automated data collection, scraping, harvesting, or mining activities on our domain.
- Using our technical assets or client communications to transmit unsolicited commercial communications or spam.
- Re-publishing, duplicating, or selling material from our website without explicit written consent.
Client Onboarding & Communication
To execute technical milestones effectively, clients must provide necessary data assets, project guidelines, and feedback within agreed-upon timelines.
- Revisions: Custom adjustments and corrections to project points or heading structures must be submitted through our designated project management channels within the scope defined in your SOW.
- Delays: Trio Nova Tech is not responsible for project timeline delays caused by a client’s failure to provide essential access tokens, text assets, or architectural feedback.
Payment Terms & Billing
- Service Fees: Fees for our digital marketing and web development services are outlined in individual project proposals or contracts.
- Invoicing: Payment schedules are strictly milestone-based or month-to-month depending on the service tier. Invoices must be paid within the designated timeframe stated on the invoice document.
- Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in the temporary suspension of active web development environments, ongoing marketing campaigns, or technical support.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trio Nova Tech shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or the deployment of our services. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Loss of business revenue, profits, or data.
- Temporary website or server downtime.
